Collage 103 H u m o u r N e t 3 AUG 95
For those of you who don't subscribe to Randy Cassingham's very
entertaining list, "THIS is TRUE," the following is provided for
your entertainment as Collage 103.
Sure, I stated in a recent Collage that I could no longer provide
these to the HumourNet since we'd grown too large, and Randy had
withdrawn his permission to redistribute "TRUE" to the list ...
BUT, this final (final!) one is provided WITH PERMISSION.
You see, when Randy withdrew his permission to redistribute TRUE,
I asked him if he'd mind mentioning the Army Research Lab in the
intro to one of his issues--which he did (see below--it's for real,
too). But many of you apparently failed to subscribe to TRUE in
time to get the attached issue, so Randy was kind enough to grant
permission to redistribute this issue.
For those of you who mentioned to me that you hadn't yet subscribed
to TRUE--but planned to--you can send me your e-mail address, and I
will forward it to Randy. Alternatively, subscription instructions
are included at the end of the issue (don't confuse them with the
HumourNet subscription instructions at the end of the Collage).
It's (really) the last issue of TRUE ...

NOTE: The "This is True" column (also briefly called "This Just In")
was, for a short time, carried on HumourNet *with permission* from
author Randy Cassingham. However, that permission did not extend to
the archived Collages on the 'Net. Thus, Randy's material does not
appear here in the HumourNet archives.
If you are interested in seeing Randy's work (highly recommended),
or getting copies of his books (compilations of his column -- also
highly recommended), then send a blank e-mail to TrueInfo@freecom.com,
